Pita Crisps

Nothing beats the fresh taste of these "almost homemade" crackers. And, they're so easy to make. Vary the shape to go with your party theme. Vary the flavor to suit personal taste.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cut pita breads in half horizontally through pocket. Cut into shapes with mini cutters. Arrange on cookie sheet. Brush with oil or spray with pan spray. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, salt, herbs and spices, if desired. Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.

Makes about 50 crisps.
