Whether your favorite is creamy or crunchy, if you love peanut butter, you'll love this delicious moist cake. Jam or jelly is the perfect filling, then decorate it in any fashion you please!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray two 9-inch round baking pans with vegetable pan spray.
In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda and baking powder; set aside. In large bowl, beat butter, peanut butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract. Alternately, add flour mixture and milk to bowl, stirring until just combined. Divide cake mixture evenly between baking pans.
Bake 35-40 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center is clean when removed. Cool cakes in pans on cooling rack 10-12 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely.
