Peach Melba Cake

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 2 - 9-in. petal pans with vegetable pan spray.

In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. In large bowl, beat butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour mixture alternately with milk, beating just until dry ingredients are combined. Pour into prepared pans.

Bake 38-42 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; turn out onto cooling rack. Cool completely.

Makes about 14 servings.
