Rich chocolate-y brownies spread with chocolate buttercream icing — a chocoholics dream!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 15x10 in. pan with vegetable pan spray.
In large microwaveable bowl, place butter and chocolate. Microwave on 50% 1 minute, 30 seconds; stir to blend well and melt all the chocolate. Stir in sugar. Whisk in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla. Fold in flour and salt. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven; cool completely in pan on cooling grid.
Ice cooled brownies with chocolate icing; decorate as desired.
Makes 40 brownies.
