Dog Biscuits

Dog Biscuits

Making your own dog treats is easy, and assures wholesome goodness through and through. Make plenty … your puppy and his guests will eat them up!

In food processor or mixer fitted with steel blade, process spinach, cheese, margarine and garlic until smooth. Add flour and dry milk; process until dough forms, adding water if necessary. Chill at least 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 300°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Roll dough out to 1/8-in. thickness on lightly floured surface; cut with dog bone or other cutter. Place on prepared cookie sheet. Bake 30-40 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to cooling rack; cool completely.

If desired, melt Candy Melts in large bowl. Dip all or part of cooled biscuit in melted candy. Add nonpareils, if desired.

Makes 2-3 dozen biscuits.
