A simple dessert with a very fancy look. Dazzling fresh fruit, beautifully arranged is always an easy way to add color and flavor. This recipe adapts easily to any fruit in season.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Press crust into bottom and sides of tart pan. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely on cooling grid before filling.
In food processor or large mixer bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, lemon juice and, if desired orange liqueur; process or beat until smooth. Pour into cooled crust. Refrigerate one hour or until firm. Wash and, if necessary, peel and slice fruit; arrange on top of filling.
