The best of both worlds – chocolate and yellow cake – rolled into a single cake! Yum!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray baking pans with vegetable pan spray.
In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. In large bowl, beat butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until thoroughly mixed. Add flour mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Continue beating one minute.
Divide batter in half. Stir melted chocolate into one half of the batter until blended. Pour yellow batter into pan. Top with chocolate batter and gently swirl together until marbled. (Do not overmix.)

Cool 10 minutes. Gently loosen sides and turn onto cooling rack. Cool completely. Ice cake as desired.
YIELD: Makes about 7 cups batter.
