Chocolate Ganache

The perfect poured on icing, it dries shiny and smooth. Allowed to thicken, it´s a rich, chocolate-y filling

In large saucepan, heat whipping cream just to boiling. (Do not boil.) Remove from heat; add chopped candy and stir until melted and smooth. If mixture is too thick, add 1 to 2 additional tablespoons whipping cream.

*Brand confectionery coating.

YIELD: 2 cups ganache.
