Chocolate Coconut Buttercream Icing

In large bowl, beat shortening and butter with electric mixer until light and fluffy.  Add cocoa and coconut extract.  Gradually add sugar, one cup at a time, beating well on medium speed until all sugar is incorporated.  Add milk and beat until light and fluffy. 

Makes about 3 cups icing.
