Apple Brie Pastry Tart

Apple Brie Pastry Tart

This combination of crisp tart apple slices contrasting with soft, warm cheese makes a tasty brunch entrée or a light luncheon, as well as a delicious snack. Convenient frozen puff pastry, available at the supermarket, minimizes prep time.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Unroll pastry sheet onto lightly floured surface. Roll out pastry sheet to lengthen to 12 inches. Transfer pastry sheet to rectangle tart pan. Press pastry into base and up against sides of pan. Bake 10-12 minutes. Remove pan from oven to cooling rack.

Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and mustard in small bowl; set aside. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over base of pastry. Arrange brie slices over mayonnaise mixture gently pressing into pastry. Arrange turkey slices, then apple slices over turkey. Place jelly in small bowl. Microwave on HIGH 20 seconds or until melted; set aside. Using pastry brush, brush jelly over apple slices.

Bake 10 minutes. Remove pan from oven to cooling rack; cool 8-10 minutes. Remove from pan to serving platter; cut into squares and serve warm.

Serves 8-10.
