Swirls on Swirls Cheesecake

Brownies and cheesecake – a dynamic dessert duo! Your guests will be impressed when you tell them you made this treat yourself - they don’t need to know how easy it was to prepare!

Serves 16.

Step 1: Bake Cheesecake

Following recipe, prepare brownies in 9 in. springform pan and 8 in. square baking pan. Prepare and bake cheesecake filling, following recipe instructions. Cool and chill cheesecake completely.

Step 2: Decorate

With Chocolate Decorator Icing and tip 5, pipe spirals, Cornelli lace or sotas on top of cheesecake. Add tip 21 rosette top border. Chill until ready to serve.
