Melt candy following package directions; color as desired using Candy Colors. Fill stars mold with melted candy; gently tap on counter. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold. Attach lollipop stick to backs of stars with melted candy. Let set.
Bake and cool 2-layer round cake. Place on foil-wrapped cake circle.
Prepare buttercream icing. Spatula ice cake; icing on cake sides should be about 1/2-inch thick. Comb cake sides with Decorator Comb. Decorate tip 1M rosettes on cake top and bottom border; spray with Color Mist. Trim lollipop sticks if needed. Insert stars on sticks in cake top rosettes. For a different look: Make star lollipops with Light Cocoa Candy Melts. Tint buttercream icing a favorite color, and spatula ice cake smooth.
