Line muffin pan with baking cups. Fill 2/3 full with favorite cupcake recipe or mix. Bake 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before decorating.
Tint buttercream icing yellow, green, rose and violet. Ice cupcake tops smooth in buttercream.
Press candy into icing, arranged in floral shapes.
