Sunny Funny Bunny!

Perfect for springtime gatherings or a fun treat any time, kids will love this bunny’s sunny face, and everyone will love the easy preparation. Popcorn is made into a marshmallow treat then packed into a shaped pan for a cute – and delicious – dessert everyone can share.

Serves about 12.

Step 1: Prepare treat

Spray Bunny Pan with vegetable pan spray.  In large microwave-safe bowl, microwave marshmallow cream 1 minute at 50% Power. Remove bowl from microwave.  Gently stir in popcorn, mixing until evenly coated.  Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.  Remove from pan to foil-wrapped cake board cut to size.

Step 2: Decorate

Roll out taffy or flatten fruit leather; cut ear shapes. Position candy-coated chocolate eyes and nose. Cut and attach black licorice whiskers and mouth.  Place coconut in plastic bag; add icing color and knead bag until coconut is tinted to desired color.  Arrange coconut around bunny treat and enjoy!
