Step 1: Bake Cupcakes

Place silicone baking cups on cookie sheet. Prepare Margarita Cupcake batter. Bake according to recipe instructions. Cool completely.

Step 2: Tint Icing

Divide icing; tint green, blue, yellow, orange and rose.

Step 3: Decorate Fiesta and Sandal Cupcakes

Ice cupcake tops smooth in buttercream or cover tops with tip 1M buttercream swirl. Sprinkle with matching color sugar. Position candles.

Step 4: Decorate Margarita Cupcakes

Ice cupcake tops smooth in buttercream. Pour colored sugars into separate bowls. Dip cupcake edges in colored sugar and roll to create salted glass effect. Position candles.
