Bake your favorite 2-layer cake recipe or mix in 8 in. round pan following instructions. Cool cake in pan on cooling grid 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely. Prepare cake circle with Fanci-Foil. Stack cake on prepared board. Spatula ice with green buttercream icing.
Ice vanilla wafers smooth with green buttercream; attach with dot of icing to flower nail. Pipe a circle of tip 233 yellow buttercream icing pull-out dots on edge of vanilla wafer, turning nail slightly after each set of pull-out "petals". Pipe second circle of pull-out "petals" inside first circle; continue piping circles of petals filling in the center. Carefully lift flower and arrange on top of cake.
Pipe tip 18 yellow buttercream rosettes for cake bottom border. Add tip 3 yellow buttercream dots on cake sides.
