Light up your celebration with candle cakes glowing in brilliant colors. They're easy to decorate, using rolled fondant!
Each cake serves 2.
In advance, prepare flames: Divide orange and yellow neon fondant packages in half; reserve. Roll out fondant 1/8-inch thick; with leaf Cut-Outs, cut large yellow and medium orange flames. Attach orange to yellow flame with damp brush; dry on cornstarch-dusted surface. When dry, attach lollipop stick to back of flame with log of additional soft fondant or with melted candy.
Bake and cool 2 mini loaf cakes for each candle. Position end-to-end on same size fanci-foil covered cake board. Lightly ice in buttercream icing to prepare for fondant covering.
Roll out white fondant 1/8 inch thick and large enough to cover cake. Cover cake, smooth with Fondant Smoother or hands and trim edges. Roll out blue and green colored fondant; cut out dots using smallest round cut-out. Attach dots to white fondant with damp brush. Insert flame into cake.

Roll out assorted colors of fondant and cut into 1 in. wide strips with fondant cutter or knife. Attach strips to white fondant with damp brush. Trim off excess. Insert flame into cake.
Combine 2 packets of yellow fondant; roll out 1/8 inch thick and large enough to cover cake. Cover cake, smooth with Fondant Smoother or hands and trim edges. Roll out assorted colors of fondant and cut into 1/4 in. wavy strips. Attach strips to white fondant with damp brush. Trim off excess. Insert flame into cake.
