Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Make cookies following recipe instructions; let cool on parchment paper.
Melt cocoa Candy Melts in bowl; dip cooled macaroons in melted candy and let set on parchment paper.
Melt pink Candy Melts; place in parchment bag; drizzle over tops of macaroons.
