Large Candy Dessert Cups

Here's an elegant way to serve dessert. Mold a candy cup and fill it with a swirl of mousse or ice cream!

Each shell serves 1.

Step 1

Step 1: Melt Candy

Melt various colors Candy Melts following package instructions.

Step 2: Mold Candy Cups

Place baking liners in muffin pan; fill 1/3 full with melted candy. Using decorator brush, paint candy up the sides of liner to the top edge; repeat until sides are 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick. Refrigerate until firm. To unmold, gently peel back baking liner.

Step 3: Fill Candy Cups

Fill cups with mousse, ice cream, pudding or whipped cream.
