Spray muffin pan with vegetable pan spray. Place baking liners in cup and spray liners. Prepare several flavors of Finger Gelatin, pour into baking cups; chill until firm.
Prepare icing mix according to package instructions. Remove gelatin from pan; carefully remove baking liners. Create icing swirl using tip 1M. Sprinkle with sprinkles, jimmies or nonpareils.
Arrange on cupcake stand or serving plate.
