Brownies are always a hit, but when they're decorated in a fun party theme, no one will be able to resist.
Serves about 15.
Step 1: In Advance, Make Decorations
Tint portions of white fondant black, orange and ivory. Roll out all fondant 1/8 in. thick; cut out shapes using truck, sailboat, car, plane, train engine and dinosaur cookie cutters. Cut dinosaur dots using small end of tip 9. Cut wheels using large end of tip 9. Attach fondant pieces together with damp brush. Cut out message using alphabet cutters. Set all aside to dry on cornstarch-dusted cake board. When dry, draw details on fondant pieces with FoodWriters.
Step 2: Prepare Brownies
Prepare brownie batter; pour into prepared jelly-roll pan. Bake and cool.
Step 3: Decorate
Spatula ice brownies with chocolate icing. Position fondant pieces. Add confetti sprinkles.
