Gingerbread Truffles
Can't you almost taste Christmas? Everyone will gather round to sample our easy Gingerbread Truffles. They're great to make ahead and have on hand for holiday entertaining.

Step 1: Prepare Gingerbread Truffle Recipe
Prepare 4 batches of Gingerbread Truffles.
Step 2: Decorate Truffles
Melt Candy Melts® in microwave or double boiler. Roll truffle mixture into 1-inch balls; dip in melted Candy Melts. Cover with sprinkles. Allow to set on parchment-lined baking sheet. Place small doilies on Standard Cupcakes 'N More Stand; place truffles on doilies.
