Prepare fudge recipes following instructions.
Place daisy cookie cutters on baking sheet and refrigerate to chill. Spray petal pans or silicone molds with vegetable pan spray. Spoon fudge into cutters, pan or silicone mold; smooth top edge. Top with sprinkles, if desired. Refrigerate until firm (at least 20 minutes for cutters, 2 hours for petal pans or 1 hour for silicone mold). Unmold and wrap fudge for gift-giving. Fudge in cutters can be wrapped in cutter for giving.
