Step 1: Make Cupcakes

Bake cupcakes in king-size baking cups placed in king-size muffin pan 20-22 minutes; cool completely. Or, purchase standard non-decorated cupcakes from the supermarket or local bakery.

Step 2: Decorate

Tint icing desired colors.  Cover cupcake tops with tip 22 star flowers. Add tip 352 green leaves.
