At least 2 days before decorating cake, make rose and yellow royal icing drop flowers using tip 2D and tip 129 (approximately 20 flowers were used for each cupcake shown - make additional in case of breakage); add tip 3 white dot flower centers. Allow to dry completely.
Bake cupcakes in king-size baking cups placed in king-size muffin pan 20-22 minutes; cool completely. Or, purchase standard non-decorated cupcakes from the supermarket or local bakery.
Prepare buttercream icing; if desired, tint green. Using spatula, ice cupcakes smooth. Randomly position flowers on top; add tip 352 leaves in green.
