Bake your favorite 2-layer cake recipe or mix in round pan. Cool cake in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely. Stack cooled layers on foil-wrapped cake circle using buttercream icing or another favorite filling between layers.
Spatula ice cake smooth with rose buttercream icing. Imprint cake sides randomly with medium heart Cut-out.
Outline imprinted hearts with tip #3 medium rose and dark rose lines; fill in with tip 16 matching color stars. Randomly pipe tip #21 rose stars on cake sides. Add tip 7 ball bottom and top borders. Cut acetate in circle the same size as crown; place on top of cake. Place crown on acetate.
