Spray lamb pans and silicone heart mold with vegetable pan spray. Prepare 2 Rice Cereal Crispy Treat recipes; press firmly into prepared pans and mold cavities. Remove from pans. Double cake boards, securing with tape, and wrap with foil. Press together lamb halves, using melted candy, if desired to adhere. Reserve 1 heart treat whole. Cut remaining hearts in half; arrange halves for dragon legs, feet and tail. Attach whole heart to end of tail with melted candy. Spread cereal treat with melted candy to smooth surface.
Roll out green fondant to 1/8 in. thickness. Place over head of cereal treat, cutting to fit; smooth with hands. Use dowel rod or dog bone tool to indent nostrils. Re-roll fondant to 1/4 in. thickness; cut 2 medium daisy cut-out "eyebrows"; use knife to trim bottom to fit. Roll out white fondant 1/8 to 1/16 in. thick; cut oval white eyes and diamond shaped teeth; attach to face with damp brush. Roll out purple fondant 1/8 to 1/16 in. thick; cut circle pupils and attach with damp brush. Form orange and green cone-shaped pieces; attach to top of face. Roll green fondant rope, attach around teeth for mouth. Combine remaining green fondant with white fondant to make light green fondant; reserve.
Roll out purple fondant 1/8 in. thick. Place over tail of cereal treat, cutting to fit; smooth with hands. Re-roll fondant to 1/4 in. thick. Cut 3 large flower cut-outs, 3 large star cut-outs and 3 small star cut-outs. Attach to head and down center of dragon with damp brush or melted candy, trimming pieces to fit. Form cone-shaped purple fondant toenails; attach to legs with damp brush.
Roll out remaining fondant 1/16 in. thick. Cut large daisy cut-outs and medium leaf cut-outs; attach to treat with damp brush, starting at the bottom and working up to the top. Trim pieces as needed.
Roll 1/4 in. balls of yellow and orange fondant; press onto tail. Add 1/8 in. ball accents as desired. Roll orange fondant rope; drape around tail.
