Prepare Rollout Cookie recipe. Roll out dough 1/8 in. thick; cut dinosaur cookies using cutter. Bake at 350°F for 8-11 minutes or until edges are light brown. Cool on pan on cooling grid 2 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely on cooling grid.
Tint icing yellow, red, orange, black, green and violet. Make tip 3 yellow buttercream dots on cookie; smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Add tip 3 red zigzag spikes; smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Cover cookie with tip 14 orange stars. Add tip 3 icing mouth and eyes.
Smooth ice dinosaur belly and chest with yellow icing. Add tip 3 green outlines to cookie. Cover cookie with tip 14 green stars. Add tip 3 pull-out dot violet icing spikes along back, white dot eyes and black dot pupils.
Cut spearmint leaves horizontally into fourths; dip into granulated sugar and lightly roll out to thin. Place 3 leaves in flower forming cup; pipe melted green candy into center. Position pretzel stick into candy and let set in refrigerator.
Bake your favorite 2-layer cake recipe or mix in Pirate Ship pan. Cool cake in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely. Cut cake board to fit cake; wrap with Fanci-Foil. Arrange cake on prepared cake board.
Spatula ice the cake brown on the bottom, green at the top. To create lava, use tip 10 to pipe white buttercream; smooth with spatula. Cover white icing with orange gel color; smooth with spatula. Add red Sparkle Gel lava. Add tip 233 green buttercream icing grass bottom border and tip 10 gray icing rocks. Arrange palm trees and dinosaur cookies.
Cut cloud pattern from white Sugar Sheets! Print message and designs with edible markers. Attach lollipop stick to back with edible adhesive or candy; let set. Insert into cake top.
