Line muffin pan with baking cups. Fill 3/4 full with Citrus Avocado Cupcake batter. Bake 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before decorating.
Ice cupcake tops smooth in buttercream. Pour colored sugars into separate bowls. Dip cupcake edges in colored sugar and roll to create a ring effect around the cupcake edge.
Pipe tip 10 red ball apple, pulling ball up from cupcake surface. Add tip 3 brown stem and tip 349 green leaf.
Pipe tip 10 green ball, decreasing pressure and pulling up to elongate shape. Add tip 3 brown pull-out dot stem.
Pipe two tip 10 red balls, pulling ball up from cupcake surface. Add tip 3 brown outline stem, connecting both cherries and tip 349 green leaves.
Pipe tip 5 purple dots starting with 3 dots in the first row, 5 in the second, 4 in the third, 2 in the fourth and 1 in the fifth (last) row. Add a tip 2 brown outline stem and tip 349 green leaf above the first row.
