Step 1: Prepare Cookies
Make Roll-Out Cookie recipe or use refrigerated sugar cookie dough; roll out and cut using circle cookie cutter. Bake and cool.
Step 2: Decorate
Place cooled cookies on cooling grid positioned over cookie sheet. Cover cookies with melted candy; tap gently on flat surface and refrigerate until set. Pipe poker chip details on cookies with melted candy in cut parchment bags.
