Make cake balls following recipe, 2 small and 2 medium for each kabob. Place on parchment-lined cookie pan; chill at least 2 hours. Insert a 6 in. lollipop stick into each already-chilled cake balls. Let set.
Melt Candy Melts following package instructions. Dip cake ball pops into melted candy, half in cocoa, half in white; tap pop lightly to smooth surface.
Dip pops in crunches, coconut, chips and nuts. Roll pop until completely covered, or spoon over pop surface. Chill until firm.
Use melted candy in disposable decorating bag to pipe a ring of candy about 4 in. from end of 11-3/4 in. lollipop stick; chill until firm, then overpipe. Let set. Slide four cake balls onto prepared sticks, alternating sizes. Secure top and bottom of treats with melted candy; let set.
