Step 1: Prepare Cereal Treats

Make your favorite crisp rice cereal treats recipe or purchase large ready-to-eat crisp rice cereal treats. Cut treats into squares.

Step 2: Decorate

Attach licorice “bars” with dots of icing. Cut gum for train car top; attach with icing. Add mini candy-coated chocolates with dots of icing. With dots of icing, attach hollow-centered candy wheels and candy-coated chocolate centers.
