Rich chocolate truffles on a triple chocolate strawberry cake – a dream dessert you can make year-round. The impressive “flowers” on the cake are flower baking cups – what fun!

Prepare Chocolate Truffles following recipe. Roll truffle mixture into 1-1/2 in. balls; dip sticks into melted cocoa candy, set on parchment-lined cookie pan and refrigerate until set. Dip truffle into melted cocoa candy; refrigerate until set. Drizzle with melted red candy; refrigerate until set.
Bake cake in 9 in. hexagon baking pan following recipe instructions. Cool completely. Stack and fill layers with chocolate buttercream icing on foil-wrapped cake board. Spatula ice cake fluffy with chocolate buttercream.
Arrange truffles around base and on top of cake, securing with dots of icing if needed. To make flowers, hold bottom center of baking cup and twist to form. Insert between truffles on cake.
