Line cookie pans with parchment paper.
Melt Candy Melts following package instructions – we used white, light cocoa and dark cocoa.
Place plastic cutters on prepared pan; fill 1/2 to 2/3 full with melted candy and immediately embellish with sprinkles, sugars and candies. Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes.
