Biplane Flight

Biplane Flight

From the early days of flying to today's acrobatic stunt flying, the biplane is the quintessential airplane. This treat features a trio of everyone's favorites – ice cream cones, crisp rice cereal treats and candy – in a "plane" package that will thrill everyone.

Each serves 1.

Step 1

Step 1: Mold Candy Wings and Propeller

Tape wing and propeller patterns on cake board; cover with waxed paper. Melt Candy Melts following package instructions in disposable decorating or parchment bags. Snip off end of bag; outline and fill in patterns with melted candy. Sprinkle with same colored sugars. Refrigerate until firm. Carefully remove candy from waxed paper. Turn wings over and pipe underside with additional melted candy; sprinkle with colored sugars. Assemble propeller parts using melted candy. Refrigerate until firm.
