Prepare batter for Mini Lemon Pound Cake. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour Mini Stand-Up Bear pan or spray with vegetable pan spray with flour. Assemble pan following pan instructions; spoon batter into pan. Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove pan from oven; cool on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove clips; gently lift off top half of pan. Cool 5 minutes; remove back half. Place cake back into top half of pan to cool completely.
Bake and cool yellow cake batter in round pans; remove from pans and cool completely. Place on foil-covered cake circles; prepare for stacked construction. Anchor mini bear cake on foil-covered board cut to fit.
Ice smooth bear's footpads and inside ears in light brown icing. Using tip 4, pipe in black icing nose and eyes. Smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch. Outline mouth in black icing. Cover bear with tip 16 brown icing stars.
Spatula ice round cakes sides with yellow buttercream; ice cake tops in white. Write tip 4 blue message. Pipe tip 12 white ball top and bottom borders. Attach jumbo sprinkles to cake sides. Position bear cake on top of stacked rounds. Insert candle.
Remove mini bear cake and give to the birthday boy or girl. Cut round layers to serve party guests.
