Melt Candy Melts following package instructions.
Fill lollipop mold with melted candy. Gently tap mold on counter. Position a lollipop stick in each cavity; turn stick to coat with melted candy. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold.
Fill a parchment bag with melted cocoa candy. Cut a small hole in tip of bag with scissors. Squeeze out candy to decorate dot eyes and string mouth. Let set. Slightly flatten a baking cup with your hands; attach to back of lollipop with dots of melted candy. Let set. Tie a ribbon bow onto each lollipop stick.
