Step 1: Bake Cookie

Press cookie dough into pan. Bake and cool following recipe instructions.

Step 2: Decorate

Tint buttercream icing. Decorate tip 233 icing pull-out star grass on bottom 1/4 of cookie. Decorate tip 18 stripe rainbow in rose, yellow, green and blue icing. Add tip 18 star flowers around border and on grass. Decorate tip 18 pull-out star sun. Add tip 6 zigzag clouds. Print tip 3 message.
