You never say what size pan or type of pan a recipe on your website makes. Why?

John - from Spring, TX

In the recipes section of the website, we only provide amounts of batter a recipe makes, not pan sizes or baking times, because these recipes can be used in almost any pan shape or size. If you go to the following link, baking and serving guide, you can determine how much batter is needed for each pan, along with the baking time and approximate amounts of icing needed to ice that size cake. Recipes made as projects on the show (i.e. cheesecakes, tarts, etc.) and those requiring a special pan usually tell you what pan to use.
