How can I make the same buttercream icing like the bakery makes? I want it to be creamy.

Try this recipe for Italian Meringue Buttercream, which is a little more work than other buttercreams, but yields a truly creamy, lusicious icing because the sugar is melted before it is added. I think you'll love it!
