How do I determine sheet pan servings?

The easiest way is to use our handy Baking and Serving Guide here on the website. Note that these serving sizes are based on a 1.5 x 2 in. party cake slice (wedding cake servings are based on a 1 x 2 in. slice), so depending on how you personally cut the cake, you may need to make some adjustments.
