I would love to bake the German Chocolate cake that I saw in the #309 show. I do not have a cake pan for the 6” size the recipe calls for. Is it possible to use the spring form pans instead? I do have those.

Yes, it is possible to use 6” springform pans instead of regular 6” cake pans. As a precaution, line the outside of the pan completely with aluminum foil to prevent fluid cake batter from leaking out. Prepare your springforms with nonstick cooking spray, just like a regular cake pan, and you’re good to go.
