On show #807, you put together 2 cookies on a stick. 1. what did you use to attach cookie? 2. what kind of stick was used? What an awesome idea. Thank you!

The cookies are sandwiched over the stick using buttercream icing. Allow the cookies to sit for an hour or so if you plan to stick the sticks into a disply. You could also use royal icing, but royal gets very hard when it dries, and might be hard to bite into if it's too thick. This project used Cookie Sticks - they're available where you buy cake decorating supplies.
