I want to know if all the cake recipes can be done as cupcakes instead of complete cakes?

Most cake recipes can be made as cupcakes instead, but the baking time decreases significantly. Regular size cupcakes can be fully baked in as little as 17 minutes, but might take longer depending on the batter. To check if they're fully baked, insert a toothpick into the center of a cupcake. If it comes out clean, they're ready to come out of the oven. If there are crumbs or wet batter on the toothpick, it needs a few extra minutes.
