How long will a fondant bow keep? How far ahead can I make it?

Fondant bows and other fondant decorations will keep indefinitely when stored properly. Once your bow is completely dry, place it in an air tight container and keep it in a cool place. Never refrigerate or freeze fondant decorations prior to use.
