I would like to use cherry pie filling instead of raspberry for filling in a white chocolate cake, would that work?

Carol - from Cecilia, KY

You can definitely use a cherry filling instead of a raspberry filling. I would suggest using cherry preserves instead of a pie filling, but if you prefer the look and flavor of cherry pie filling, make sure to drain the filling well so that your cake doesn’t get soggy and the filling doesn’t seep out the sides of the cake layer.
