Can I put cream in the center of a cupcake, and if so how?

Yes! You can really have fun when you add a tasty filling to your baked cupcakes. Flavored whipped cream, chocolate or fruit fillings work especially well. Filling the center is easy using the Bismarck Tip 230. Insert the tip in the top center of an uniced cupcake and squeeze out a small amount of filling. The hole in the top of the cupcake gets covered when you ice your cupcake! Here are the step-by-step illustrations:
