How do I get rid of the air bubbles when I’m making marshmallow fondant? Any way to prevent it from getting into my fondant from the start?

You can pop the air bubble with a pin, then gently smooth the bubble area with your hands. It’s impossible to keep all air bubbles out of the fondant, but if you knead it gently, it can minimize the size and numbers of bubbles.
