Can buttercream roses be stored in a cotainer and not refrigerated or in freezer?

Buttercream roses should not be stored at room temperature because they are at risk for melting. They are also more difficult to transfer when they are at room temperature. It is okay to store them in the freezer, and you will find it easy to transfer them directly to your cake when they are frozen.
