Can I flavor fondant? What would I use?

Fondant can be flavored using alcohol-based flavor extracts (vanilla, almond, lemon or any other favorites) or oil-based candy flavors. Candy flavors are very concentrated, so you'll need much less of these than an extract. You knead the flavors into the fondant, just as you do icing color to color the fondant.
